And we made it to the finale!

There is something special about finishing a series you’ve spent so much time with. You’ve followed the characters, become attached to their relationships, and invested in the world. By this point, these aren’t just characters you’re reading about anymore. They’re characters you genuinely care about.

Rose Hathaway has always been the heart of this series for me. I love her attitude, her loyalty, her stubbornness, and her willingness to fight for the people she loves.

And of course, Dimitri.

I couldn’t possibly talk about Vampire Academy without mentioning the relationship that made me fall so hard for this series in the first place.

Four stars for the finale. While not every installment earned the same rating from me, the series as a whole remains one of my all-time favorites.

And that’s what matters.

I will absolutely revisit these books again. Rose and Dimitri have earned their permanent place on my fictional favorites list.

A series worth reading, rereading, and keeping on your bookshelf forever.
