Listen up young ones, this series is fucking awesome— I can’t believe more people don’t know about it !!
The characters and setting are so enjoyable that you really just want more adventures with them that doesn’t require an impossible plot to distract us from their flat personalities like some books

Ahh yes the passport is her biggest problem here, typical Mercy sass
The story of Mercy and Adam is perfect in its imperfections. Mercy is reckless sassy but she will always come for Adam. Adam is alpha, bossy and tries to control everything but he will always support Mercy
What more could you want in life?
“Mary made a disappointed sound. I guess I was supposed to be jealous over the comment about Elizaveta and Adam sleeping together. If there was one constant in my life, it was my mate”
“Pyramids would roll down the desert before Adam would break his word or betray anyone, let alone me.”
OH FUCK YES, this kind of dependable relationship is something I would kill for
“My love,” he said, his voice intent, “you are welcome to all that I am, all that I have. I would destroy the planet for you”
She needed extra power and felt bad for taking it from Adam because it weakened him. AND HE LITERALLY DOESN’T GIVE A SHIT, he is just happy he could help her when she was in need and he wasn’t there IM NOT CRYING YOU’RE CRYING
Overall another hilarious situation, and I loved how we got to meet more shapeshifter packs and walkers. I really love Mercy especially these covers, keep em coming Briggs!
